Proper Recovery Phrase Storage:

✓Write all 24 words on the Recovery Sheet provided with your Ledger
✓Double-check each word for accuracy and correct order
✓Store the Recovery Sheet in a secure, fireproof location
✓Consider creating a second copy stored in a separate secure location

Update Device Firmware

Keeping your Ledger device firmware up to date ensures you have the latest security features and supported cryptocurrencies.

How to Update Firmware:

Open Ledger Live and go to "Manager" in the left sidebar

Common Troubleshooting

Device Not Detected by Ledger Live

Forgot PIN Code

Firmware Update Failed
